Copy Makeovers Made Easy part 2

Your weight-loss story may be admirable, but what does it mean to your reader or prospect? Talk about themselves and the audience will be dead. Talking with readers one-on one of the important things in life … and you have got the full attention - at least temporarily.

If you can re-shape your story … if you can express in a more meaningful way to each reader, which will soon catch them.

There is a difference between letting your audience that you lose X amount of pounds … and tell them how they can lose X pounds, enjoy the process, and they feel terrific about the slim, new look.

Remember the old marketing phrase “What’s In It For Me?” All your prospects will read this filtered through the framework of reference. With every statement you make, you think the audience is … “So what? What should be done with me in my situation? How does this help me?”

If the answer is not immediately obvious, they are not active and you lose the sale. Many times the decision to stay or made in an eye blink - and often unconsciously.
